YOY, MOM Dashboards

I have been trying out dashboards recently. They are working and they are fun!

I would like to know if there is a trick that we can use to create Year-on-Year, Month-on-Month Dashboards

Month on month reports are already there. Multi year time span and yearly dashboards seem like a good idea too. Will try and extend this depending on my schedule
