Workflow for SINGLE entry accounting in ERPnext?

so far i see this, erpnext is made for double entry accounting. but a lot of smaller businesses use single entry accounting in europe beacause they do not have to do double entry, because they do not have high enough annual turnovers. you count what money comes in and what goes out against accounts, like tax and write offs over 1 to 4 years for example.

is there a step by step tutorial how to use/adapt erpnext accounting for this scenario? this would help lot of people that are not experienced accountants, but also want to save time with external bookkeepers.

//+ an easy way to fast import transactions from e-banking (csv) or scaned invoices, would help to use erpnext for self single entry bookkeeping. or is this already on the way?
