Most customers in many places will care for their 0.5 change. But POS is rounding up all fractions to a 1. Please see screenshot.
Any suggestions on how to resolve this to at least 0.5 precise amounts? I urgently need a help
Finally, a question that I know the answer to! Mostly because I crashed into the same issue. This one is easy my friend… Go to Setup > Currency > then your Currency (for instance, USD). Scroll down a bit and you will see “Smallest Currency Fraction Value”. In my case, I changed that from “0.05” to “0.01”. I hope it works for you.
