Where is the Documentation for Currency Options?

Where is the documentation for how the Options field works with Currency field type? See screenshot:

linked DocType : linked fieldname(in current doc) : fieldname on the doctype (this is similar to dynamic links)

E.g. in 99%+ cases this is used as

Link doctype = “Company”
fieldname (on sales order for example) - “company”
fieldname on linked doc = “default_currency”

This means currency of this field is defined on “default_currency” field on the Company document linked on this document as “company”
