Welcome popup issue

Hi,
I migrated a database from one site to another. After that I run
bench migrate
bench clear-cache
bench start, after that
when I was trying to access localhost:8000, it’s giving me a popup “Welcome to ERPNext”.
Clicking on next I redirected to the next slider saying add few items.
But here the problem arise. I added one item but the next button is not working, so I can not move further . ( screenshot attached).

Can anyone suggest

Click Add More to add a new item
add at least 5 item for example then click Next

it is solved without any changes made . I restarted the bench and try again and this time the next button was working on a single item creation .
