Web Sign Up Form - User Type (Customer/Supplier/Job Applicant) & Password Setting

Hi community, as per the title above, how can I customize the sign up form to allow user to choose to sign up as ‘Customer’, ‘Supplier’ or ‘Job Applicant

While I am aware that the system is able to detect if the email used for sign up matches any of the existing customer or supplier, the system will then automatically set the role for that user, but what about new customers, new suppliers or new job applicants?

Apart from choosing the roles, how can we allow user to set their password before the email verification?
