Want to edit item-description in maintenance

Hallo,
base of maintenance parts are items.
Inside an item i have the item-description, i can edit inside the item.

If i make a maintenance and take an item, i want to edit the description text - only for this maintenance.
first qould be interesting, can i make the description-text editable?
and second, will this changing only stored for this maintenance - i dont want to change the description text fo the item itself.

Hi, sorry I thought that it’s possible to make it editable but then I checked(tried) and it’s not possible. I mean with correct way using Customization Form.
