We are trading group , So our Cost Prices is changes on every Purchase according to qty or lead time . we need cost prices Report on monthly basis .
Want to know how much Procurement department negotiate and save on what Quantity or Terms.
for example if buy 5000pcs @ 1.20AED and if 10000pcs @ 1.00AED. …Etc

Track initial coated price in the Item’s Price List rate. Based on the negotiations, enter %Discount for an item. Based on the %Discount, discount Rate will be auto-calcuate. Create Custom Report on Purchase Order for analysis, add these columns in the report, apply filter on Purchase Order date to get monthly report, export and format as per your requirement.
