Validate selling price for item against purchase rate

in selling setting i enable the “Validate selling price for item against purchase rate or valuation rate” but now once i want to make a quotation it make an error that the purchase rate is higher than the quoting rate.
yes, before X item price was higher and our purchase rate was high but now price is low and i need to quote same X item in ERP for customer for future back to back order which purchase rate will be lower, how can i solve the issue?

before submitting you would have to update price list for X item at the time of quotation because you have selected option for that.

hey there.
any advice for this issue please,
kindly note that the X item has done to make a stock reconciliation for it and reevaluate this item.,
and meanwhile still we faced same issue.
" Selling rate for item “X” is lower than its last purchase rate. Selling rate should be atleast ##.##"
