Updating ERPNEXT from V12 to V13 with VM

im trying to update to V13.
here is the whole process I did.

what shall I do ?

Dear Developer team.

Would you please prepare the new VM with the latest stable Ubuntu 12.04 with the latest stable ERPNext?

It may help to upgrade without any trouble.

You can go ahead and try in the same installation with reinstalling the bench apps.
Apply
bench --site {site name-site1.local} --force reinstall

Reinstall with fresh database (Caution: Will wipe out old database)
