Unable to delete company transactions

Hi all,

This is urgent. Every time I try to clear company transactions, it shows “only creator and administrator can delete company transactions”. I am logged in as administrator. Kindly help.

Please check if you are the “owner” of the company record
try to Login from the account with id “Administrator” from which you probably logged in the first time.
