Employee status cannot be set to ‘Left’ as following employees are currently reporting to this employee: 478, 1314 this massage is coming though these employees are already left.
As employees reports to that employee, you need to change the ‘Report to’ field of all the employees that reports to the employee who is leaving
but to whom he is manager are already having status left.than also i am not able to make him left in the system
