For our domain, it makes sense to log all issues under warranty claim module, irrespective of whether they are under warranty or not, as all our corrective activities are based on serial number of machines which are sold to customer. The lifetime of such machine installations is expected to be of 20 years.
Hence to have the benefit of everyone contribution to the warranty claim, we would like to use the Time sheet feature of ERPNEXT. Could you kindly provide us the procedure to link / log time sheet against warranty claim, as seen for projects and time sheet based salary features.
In our opinion, there could be atleast 20,000 machinery distributors in the country and several times of it for toolings and accessories of such machines.
