Hey we are facing issues related to opportunity search on basis of territory.
We have saved the opportunity and link the customer and territory.
For Eg. We have linked one opportunity in Territory = Mumbai. Where mumbai is a child territory of Maharashtra and Maharashtra has other child territory also (pune, nagpur etc)
Now when we search all the opportunities in Maharashtra Territory it doesn’t show any result. Whereas when we search opportunities in mumbai (child territory) it shows all opportunities.
Is there is any way we can search all the opportunities of Maharashtra.
please provide solution.
