Support Email

Settings are OK for my support email, but its not retrieving and making Support Tickets. Please let me know what do to.

Can you check you Scheduler Log in the system at #Report/Scheduler Log ?

You might have to check your job worker log for any uncaught exceptions. Which version are you on?

That forum says it’s been moved…to here! Perhaps github is where this discussion is supposed to happen, but that also didn’t contain any info about “job worker logs” as far as I could find. Where are they please?

Both forums are merged now.

GitHub is more for issues and feature requests. Help questions / clarifications come here.

there would be a few files in the logs dir in frappe-bench, worker.error.log should give some clue.
