I think in a service provider page, it’s a good idea to mention forum’s user id (if registered) in addition to information already there.
Many good people volunteering answering/solving many peoples queries.
Mentioning user id’s will help them knowing which service provider helped them(some credit forum can give in return to service provider), and also from service provider page, others will able to see how active & knowledgeable service provider members are.
