Stock Reconcillation - User permission issue

We are ERP cloud user and trying to do Stock Reconciliation Entry via upload, but on save it is giving message “No Permission to Create Stock Reconciliation” whereas I am login with admin.

I also tried to do simple Stock Reconciliation Entry, but issue still there.

Any Suggestion.

Please check the permissions of Stock Reconciliation document from Role Permissions Manager and ensure that user has the required role.

Administrator user does not have any extra access, its just that by default it has all the roles.
