I follow this document “Not Found” to export my items. But when I click “Download Template” the box “Download with data” is missing. Instead there is a list of all fields to select which one to download.
I select all boxes but the download is without data.
Solved it myself. This document seems to be outdated.
Under SETUP - Data - Data Export it works as expected. No need to use “Import” any more.
