We keep receiving the following Server Error (shopify.api_version.VersionNotFoundError) when generating new items or updating Shopify settings within ERPNext.
The assumption was that the webhooks version that was used at the time of integration setup is expired. So we set up a new private app in Shopify. However, the issue still persists once connected to ERPNext.
We’ve also tried disabling the integration completely and emptying the cache but neither option worked. Has anyone faced a similar issue or know steps to resolve it?
