Setting up commission rules on erpnext

Dear Team,

Will it be possible to set-up commission rules on our erpnext as follows:

  1. Commission rate to be set-up for each salesperson based on customer group.
    -Customer Group1 - 1%
    -Customer Group2 - 2%

  2. Commission rate to be set-up for each salesperson based on item group.
    -Item Group1 - 0.5%
    -Item Group2 - 1.0%

  3. Commission rate to be set-up for each salesperson based on item brand.
    -Item Brand1 - 1%
    -Item Brand2 - 2%

*******With regards to these scenario, I have customized form “sales partner” and added a link field for customer group, Item Group and Item brand after the territory field. But when I was trying to generate report of “Sales Person-wise Transaction Summary”, customer group is not showing. Can you please check and if possible to add it on the report.

Hello,

Firstly ERPNext doesn’t have option to define commission rate, but same is available for Sales Partner. You can use Sales Partner master as a work around for Sales Persons.

Even in Sales Partner master, you can define flat commission rate, and not based on Customer/Item group.

You can post feature suggestion for sales personwise commission feature based on customer/item group.

Any update on product wise commission for each/every sales person?
