Sending Email without "dear XY"

Hi,

we are using Email templates in almost all our cases to create standard views.

BUT, in ALL cases we need to delete the line “dear/hallo customer xyz”.
is there an possibility to delete this line in system?

Unfortunately this ability as feature haven’t been developed yet, though it is in discussion and requests.

Long time ago… any update on this? Maybe with V13?

Yes, HTML EMail templates are recently introduced in one of Beta releases of Frappe V13 and I am sure, there will be change in how ERPNext will be handling Email Templates directly from web interface.
