We have internal numbers for the stuff we order from suppliers, but thanks to ERP next, we can manage many Suppliers and stock numbers.
Sometime, people will search over the web on the supplier website to find out what they want but then, If they want to search the supplier’s part number in the system, they cannot find it… We need to know our Internal code.
Is there a way to ‘easily’ search for the supplier part number and get the actual item if we ordered it already in the past?
The goal is to have ONE internal number for the reference in our system and avoid having people creating new items everytime we order from anotehr supplier…
