Sales Person Target Variance

Good afternoon,

Our Sales Person/Territory Target Variance reports show zero value.
all targets are fixed for sales/ territory and acheived values appear in trnasaction report
Am i missing something ?

We have pushed a fix in the latest release. If you are using in your own server, update and check. Cloud users will get the update tomorrow.

Thank, i ve just checked the update (Cloud). Sales target now appears but still achieved remains 0

Is this still an issue?
Can see the value in Transaction report but not in the Target Variance Report.
Am I missing something or is this a Bug?

I get the same issue for “Sales Person Target Variance Based On Item Group”. the Achieved column is 0 on v12. The same for “Territory Target Variance Based On Item Group”. Is there any fix for this?

It is showing 0 iff item group is not set in sales person target. Even though the documentation says it will check for all item groups if none are selected.
Happening in version 13

Hi,
I am facing the same issue. “Territory Target Variance based on Item Group” report always shows only 0 values in achieved column. Any fixes or workarounds done?
