What is the logic and script behind shopping cart order type in new sales order? How is it different from a “Sales”? I see that shopping cart doesn’t need shipping date but I’m guessing there’s more to it than that?
I tried to create a “Sales” sales order and a “Shopping Cart” sales order and they look exactly the same to me.
The Sales Order Type called Shipping Cart helps us in filtering the Sales Orders which were received from ERPNext e-commerce website from Sales Order made directly. In function, they are pretty much similar.
