Sales Master Manager not Working

I have customers that we give credits to and I am having problems Submitting the Sales Invoice if the invoice exceeds the Customer’s credit limit. ERPNext requires me to set the logged in client to have the Sales Master Manager role and I had. I also tried to submit using the Administrator account, but had no luck.

I dont know what other steps that I should take to set the accounts for the Sale Master Manager Role.

Did you assign the role responsible as credit controller in Account Settings?

If you did not, just assign the Sales Master Manager role as the credit controller.

Try it out.
