RTL Support in future plans

Hi guys,

Is there any plans to support RTL in Frappe ?

I mean to have a full localization support not just translations to phrases.

I hope that this is included in future plans.

We were waiting for Bootstrap 3 to get it done.

@sdqadeer44 and his team had done that for an earlier version, but their pull-request came in too late for us to include it in future releases. If they build it for version 4, I hope they share it with the community soon enough.
