Restrict User from editing posting and time in various forms like sales invoice ,purchase invoice ,etc

Hi All,

In the present setup of 2 users, I would like to restrict the other user from editing posting date and time for all types of transactions. Request you guide me on the same!

This can be achieved by Perm Level
