Recording Interactions on ERPNext

How does one record interactions? Like let’s say I call a Contact. How can I record this communication and link it to a particular DocType.

I thought Communication was the way to do it, but I believe that we have reconfigured Communication and it cannot be used anymore for this purpose. Like phone calls, meetings, etc.

Without any customizations, maybe comments could be used for recording interaction on the Documents in question

There is a way to store phone messages and other discussions you have to change the icon and it’s there. I don’t know an install in front of me to explain better.

It’s all there but rather hidden away at the moment
