Re-open issue if a new comment was added

Hello Everyone.

I need to re-open the support issue if comment/new email was added to the issue.

I tried to use in the workflow, but can’t seem to have this/nor the comments fields implemented.

Any help would be appreciated.

I think i did not explain correctly.

I am using the ISSUES in support module in ERPNext, if the case closed and a new comment/email is added to this issue i need it to be opened again.

So :
If new comment added > Status change to be open.
