i wnat to check for an option that we can directly email quotation from opportunity as many customer they wnat us to respond to the same email they have sent us.
Go to CRM Settings, and tick on option
Carry Forward Communication and Comments
This way all communications will carried forward and then you can email directly from Quotation.
