Is there an automated method of updating the Lead Time for a purchased Item, given the difference between Purchase Order and Purchase Receipt for an item?

I’d like to be able to later use this information to schedule the buying of Items to minimise their time in stock before being consumed.

Using procurement tracker, you will get the details like expected delivery date and actual delivered date of purchase orders. May be this will helps you to create a custom report.
