This is small problem or bug , when we add new item for item name we don’t have limitation for character for example can be 200 character , but when we want to save quote for this items show error " Quotation Item, Row 1: ‘Item Name’ will get truncated, as max characters allowed is 140 "

Go to Customize Form → Quotation Item and set a higher number in “Length” property for “Item Name” field.
