Printing format footer using Letter Head is not appear!

I try to with letter head but when i save is not appear in printing…
I am not type anything in content, i type only in footer…and i save …
when go to print is not show the footer…
What should i do?Please kindly help me .

Hi,

letter head is not just the name… the content need to be filled…same thing goes to footer…
if the content is filled and it didnt appear then please check your print format codes

Footers only work with PDF generation btw.
