pop3 problem

Dear community,

i have 2 erpnext on one VPS (1 productive and 1 test system, different ip, different host name)

On my productive system work great, erpnext fetching email from pop3, but my test system not processing my emails. 
(the emails missing form pop3, but not show in erpnext). (Outgoing smtp emails work great both erpnext)

Where can i find this problem, log and solution?

Hi Tibi,

Go to Setup > Scheduler Logs and check the last few entries for errors.

Are you using an older version in test system?

i find this option, but Scheduler Logs is empty. I updated both system to latest version. 

Do you have any idea?

Maybe you haven't setup crontab entries.

Erpnext remove the email from pop3, but not processing and not showing. So we lost emails. (before the erpnext trying to process i see my test email on webmail).

Henceforth, please post error tracebacks on developer forum/github issues.

The issue seems to be due to missing date in the emails you are receiving. We've rectified the code to handle such a situation. Please update.
