I want to add these Button to add or remove item quantity.
how it works ?

You can change the qty of the Item from the Numpad, Click on the item then you can see the options to edit the qty

but i want to add add and subtract button for easy access. can you help please

As it is a case of user preference, you can create a GitHub issue for the same. Features suggested are usually implemented on priority basis.
