Perhaps you can share here what sort of customization you need, where do you have your ERPNext installed, and maybe something you have tried but failed, etc?
Maybe this way more people can understand your problem and able to help.

Based on this definition I would suggest using either the Quotation doctype, Request for Quotation doctype or Supplier Quotation doctype, depending on the stage of the process you are solving for.
