Path of image in public folder

I have an image in my custom app public folder how do I include its path in a web page which is in ‘pages’ folder

I get the solution.
Web Url: www.domain.com/assets/yowza/images/payment.png
Direcotry Path: rootFolder\apps\Module\Module\public\images\payment.png

Its giving 403 is there anyway to make it to access publically
