Parent company and sub-companies

Is it possible to have a parent company and sub-companies under it as a customer?

AFAIK, Customer heirarchy is not available. cheers

What is the use/benefits of it?

We have this case , a company purchase for other companies, and make down payment for all orders
then every single order is for other companies.

This case is usually for broker or procurement companies.
