Tried submit a Event document but the administrator user don’t have permission for that.

Hello @Leonardo_Augusto, I can confirm that, it’s working in my instance. Might be you played with Role & Permissions, Kindly go to Role Permissions Manager and select Event as Document Types, try Restore Original Permissions. I hope, this will resolve your issue.
