I have been evaluating erpnext manufacturing module, i can see that manufacturing in based on production orders, but how can i setup a manufacturing process where production order is not followed, in a case of carrot dehydration factory. We receive produce from the farm then process and keep the dry carrot in the warehouse without necessarily using a production order.
You can use Stock Entry functionality between various warehouses in case you do not want to use production order.
