Newbie trying to create contract and services

Hi

Just starting to evaluate ERP Next. I am mainly interested in service contracts/agreements and scheduling engineers. Any chance someone can advise if product suitable. I need to be able to schedule automatically for example 12 service per year for a client. Also I need to be able to batch invoice the services and contract renewals as well as out of contract and out of hours calls.

In ERPNext, you can generate and track maintenance visits using Maintenance Schedule. Please check the following link to learn more.

After each Maintenance Visit, user can also create Maintenance Visit record against Maintenance Schedule.

I logged into online demo but can’t see maintenance schedule under support

Is it only available in the full demo or off download

Also can you confirm

  1. Is the software adjustable/compatible for European currency multi currency. We are European euro base
  2. Can we batch process invoices from support calls and sales made or are they done individually. Possibly think about if we have a service agreement and we want to send invoice for all contracts due for renewal this month
  3. For example if we wish can our service engineer in field log an out of hours call directly from PDA/phone and review site history and possibly if account is on hold for non payment. Our engineers in field would have a warehouse for their van and use stock from van against jobs scheduled and out of hours.
  4. End of year can we perform stocktake of our warehouses and post adjustments

Just some food for thought

Finally do you have any other service company’s using the software in Europe that might be a reference for its use
