Hi everyone, just to give a context for my situation; I created a workflow for Project which require several approvals and the last approver is the CEO. The workflow was working fine until I started to create a few more companies to create a group of companies; and now the same workflow doesn’t work anymore. The CEO who can approve previously, could not approve the Project now.
Go to user permissions and grant the CEO permission for the specific company. If you did not apply strict permission in settings and you want the CEO to access all companies then just delete any existing company permissions for the CEO and he will be able to access all the companies.
