Module: Support , DocType Customer Issue, SerialNumber is not getting selected

Hi

Module: Support , DocType Customer Issues

Has any one tried adding Serial Number to Customer Issue ? I can see it in drop down list but when I select it, it does not get added to the field.

Can some one please let me know how to fix this ?
