Modify sub assembly

Hi, Let’s assume these two products are currently in production, but now sub assembly E had an issue and we need to replace to Sub Assembly E Revision 01.

Do we really need to Cancel every boms to the top product, Create a duplicate of EVERY bom in EVERY levels in order to change one screw that was wrong or forgotten in Sub Assy E?

This sound like ERP next won’t be our ‘‘next’’ erp if this is the case.

Thanks a lot for this… I feel warmth in my heart. I should really invest more time on the search tool than trying to figure out the options in the modules themselves.
