I just deployed erpnext on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS on digitalocean droplet. my domain name example.com is hosted bluehost.com to which I am pointing my digitalocean dns records. How do I install Let’s encrypt SLL in this case?

Have you followed the wiki of ssl ?
You need to point the a record in bluehost to digitalocean server ip.
And follow the above link steps. I hope you will get it easily.
