Is there any way to Freeze accounts AFTER a specific date?

So far I read that in order to close books on ERPNext we have two options the Accounts Frozen Upto and Period Closing Voucher. Is there any way to Freeze accounts AFTER a specific date?

You can freeze an specific account, but there is not an after date, It can be done on custom app using: Scheduler Hooks.
