Is there a way to disable a Leave Type for eveyone?

Hi There,

Happy New Year to everyone.

Is there a way to disable a Leave Type for all users? Please note this leave type has historical records against it so we can simply delete this leave type. I know we can use User Permissions but that means for all our 100+ users we will have to add records for the allowed leave types which is a manual process and will take a lot of time. Is there a flag that I can enable/disable against a leave type? Thanks in advance.

Add a custom field “disabled” and it will not be selectable anymore.

Yes, the fieldtype of “Disabled” field should be “Check”.
