Internet Explorer does not work at all in 7.2.29

Testing various browsers as part of my normal upgrade process. IE 11 is totally broken. You can logon and get to the desk just fine. You can also open any module and see the various standard links for document types, but when you click on a particular document type to get a listing nothing happens. The URI in the browser window changes, but nothing happens. Here are a few screen shots.

Opened the website module to see the links

Now will click on “Web Page” link

Can you post a screenshot of the console messages in IE11 ?
