@Enamur_Reza it seems libwebp package is not configured.

If you are using ubuntu, run following commands and then again run installation script

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install libwebp-dev

if I run your suggested command
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install libwebp-dev
then got the following errors
