Inheriting ERPNext Features in Custom App & Multi-tenant Environment

Hello All,

I am new to ERPNext. We have created 3 site using the multi-tenant functionality in ERPNext. Now we want add specific functionality/ feature specific to a site.

I am not sure what is the right process to go about with this in terms of inheriting/ extending the current ERPNext feature/ modules.

Please let me know if there are some help videos and doc to help me proceed.
